Company Warranty

At Monte’s Masterworks LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our upholstery and furniture restoration services. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide the following limited warranty coverage:

1. Workmanship Warranty
All upholstery and repair work performed by Monte’s Masterworks is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship under normal residential use. This includes issues such as loose seams, uneven padding, or faulty stitching that occur as a result of our labor.

2. Material Warranty
Any fabrics, foams, or components supplied by Monte’s Masterworks are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if available.
If the customer supplies their own materials, Monte’s Masterworks assumes no responsibility for defects, performance issues, shrinkage, fading, or premature wear of those materials.

3. Foam and Cushioning
Foam and cushion materials provided by Monte’s Masterworks are covered for up to one (1) year against significant loss of shape or resiliency under normal use.

4. Furniture Repair and Restoration
Structural or wood repairs completed by Monte’s Masterworks are covered for six (6) months against defects in materials or workmanship.

5. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, pets, or spills

• Fading, discoloration, or deterioration due to sunlight or cleaning products

• Changes in appearance caused by customer-supplied fabrics or improper care

All warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and may require inspection by Monte’s Masterworks. Determinations on repair or replacement are made at our sole discretion.
